How much is the diagnostic fee for troubleshooting request?

Our standard weekday residential diagnostic fee is $129. We evaluate the issue and explain the recommended repair and price before moving forward. The diagnostic fee is waived when the repair price is approved. After-hours rates and applicable travel charges are discussed when scheduling.

Do you offer after-hours service?

Yes, based on availability. Call (865) 307-9467 to discuss your issue and confirm scheduling and pricing.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Oak Electric is licensed and insured.

How do I request service?

Call us or select “Request service” to complete our Jobber request form. We’ll follow up to discuss your needs and arrange the next step. An online request does not automatically confirm an appointment.
